Halo Knowledge Academy provides counselling and student support services for online degree programs offered by recognized universities.
Halo Knowledge Academy does not collect university tuition fees.
All fee payments are made directly to the university through official university payment channels.
Therefore:
✔ We do not charge university tuition
✔ We do not process university refunds
✔ We do not influence university refund eligibility
Refunds, cancellations, and deferments for tuition or admission fees are governed solely by the respective university’s refund policy.
Students must contact the university directly regarding:
• admission withdrawal
• fee refunds
• payment disputes
• academic cancellations
We may support communication but final decisions remain with the university.
If Halo charges any counselling / support fee (if applicable in your model — if not, delete this section):
Any service fee charged by Halo (if applicable) is for consulting support only and is generally non-refundable once services are initiated.
Refund consideration may apply only if:
• services were not delivered
• duplicate payment occurred

Where applicable, refunds handled by Halo may take 7–14 working days after approval.
University refunds follow university timelines.
