Process to be followed by eligible candidates for obtaining Hard Copy of Mark Sheets/Final Certificate for Diploma, Masters Program and Certificate Programs

Issue of Mark Sheet / Certificate

  • Go to Student Zone — Student Support — Service Request
  • Select the required document from the drop down (Mark Sheets / Final certificate) and apply for the appropriate month and year
  • Please note that Issue of Mark Sheet / Final Certificate is not available in Mobile App

Important Points to Note

  • Students have to raise a Service Request from Student Portal for Issuance of Marksheet and Final Certificate.
  • There is an applicable courier charge of Rs. 100 which needs to be paid at the time of raising the Service Request.
  • The Final Certificate will be printed and dispatched within 20 working days from the date the Request is raised.
  • Once dispatched the Tracking details will be updated on the Service Request page in the Student Portal.
